  Ordered $4k worth of refrigerator and stove from this place. Had delivery set up for a specific date three weeks later. My wife and I were excited to get our new appliances. The day before scheduled delivery comes, we call to find out what time it will be delivered. They tell us it was shipped to the Effingham store, so we need to call them. We call Effingham, and they tell us they don't show any deliveries on the books for us, nor any appliances being received for us. We call Garrett back, and he says I'll find out. He calls back and said that they never got ordered. Some kind of problem with the Sears card. So, we waited for these appliances for weeks and Garrett never got them ordered. We weren't notified there was any problem with the card, so we were sitting there waiting for a delivery that wasn't ever coming. But worse, he lied and said they were shipped to Effingham. They weren't shipped anywhere because he never got them ordered! So we will be taking our business elsewhere!
